Yes, all our clothes are unisex fit

We are a slow fashion brand. We make limited number of clothes every month. We make every piece of clothing by hand with meticulous attention to detail.

We only take pre-orders. We only produce the amount of clothes our customers needs. We dont keep any more stock than that.

Every cloth is made to order and we work limited number of days in a month, usually in the first week of the every month, we ship out all our orders. This makes our business super simple and efficient in terms of energy and resources.

We only take as much we need from earth.

We are a slow fashion brand and only take pre orders. We try to fulfil all orders in first week of every month. The delivery takes 3-5 days depending on where you are located.

We use shipping which is likely to cause least amount of emissions depending on your location.

We prefer to serve in Mumbai only at the moment, as it will cause least amount of emissions. However, we are open to ship to anywhere in India.

We use organic cotton for all our clothes and also exploring other sustainable materials like hemp.

Since all our clothes are custom made to order and we want to avoid carbon emissions, we only offer free size exchanges and do not provide refunds or design exchanges. For any misprinted, damaged, defective, or lost items, please contact us immediately for a replacement.

To initiate an exchange, raise a request in our accounts section
Once your request is approved, our delivery executive will pickup your old tee and in a separate order we'll ship your new size tee.
Please note that we only offer one free size exchange. Further exchanges incur flat fee of 100

We do not offer international shipping. It defeats our purpose of sustainability as they can cause unnecessary emissions we can avoid. We will do so only when we collaborate globally and add value. We are interested in collaborating with international artists who produce sustainable goods and ship locally. After all climate change is a global issue not a single countries problem, we must all collaborate together.

 If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately with a supporting video within 2 days of delivery. We will provide a free replacement

Please follow the wash care instructions provided with each product to maintain their quality.
Wash your whites separate from your dark clothes. This applies generally for all white clothes, not just ours. Machine wash with cold water, tumble dry low, and do not bleach or iron directly on the designs.

We accept almost all digital payment methods

Cash on delivery orders on average make significantly more emissions because of additional need of consignee being available for payment. While we understand customers preference of payment choice, Cash on delivery shopping behaviour is bad for earth. As a environment conscious community, we've decided to stop cash on delivery completely. Even if it hurts our sales, we don't want to hurt our planet

We work remotely from everywhere. Operate online and ship all over India. We craft our products ourself by hand from cities we live in.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled since our tees are custom printed for your order. If you need to make any changes, please send an email to support@swadesi.style as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

Please ask the delivery guy to deliver your order to security guard or your neighbour. If that doesn't help, in case of non delivery due to unforeseen circumstances the item will be shipped backed to us. Please contact us and we'll reship your order when you're available, after a nominal shipping charge.

Most common reason for canceling an order is that our system found that your address was incomplete. In case money was already deducted for the order online, your money would be refunded as soon as possible.
